Biography

Rick is best known for being part of the T4 presenting family alongside Alexa Chung, Steve Jones and Miquita Oliver. Rick co-presented the E4 music show which led to the C4 offering him their flagship youth music show FRESHLY SQUEEZED alongside Alexa Chung. Rick also hosts T4’s movie specials and red carpet events as well as covering all the major summer music festivals and presenting The Hollyoaks Music Show which includes various cast members from the hit Channel 4 soap.
