Kirsty joined Insanity in January 2005. Having graduated from Kent University with a degree in English Literature in 2003, she went on to spend a further year at university following her election as Sports Sabbatical.
At the end of her sabbatical year, Kirsty took up a position with Reuters heading up press accreditation at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Shortly after returning, she joined the team at Insanity as Agent Assistant. She was swiftly appointed to Agent and then Senior Agent.
