Swerve is the UK’s best urban DJ and holds a regular radio show on Kiss, week nights Monday to Thursday which is broadcast nationally from 10pm to midnight. He spins the best in Hip-Hop, RnB and club bangers but also has the privilege to interview A-list artists from all over the globe. Swerve was also asked to present an urban mixshow called “The Re-Up” for international syndication in Europe, Australia, Asia and US.
He DJ’s all over the UK and worldwide playing at prestigious events such as The Princes Trust Urban Music Festival and Notting Hill Carnival, Swerve has become a force to reckon with. 2009 finished strongly with Swerve being named Best DJ at the 2009 Urban Music Awards.
Swerve has released four compilations to date: Pure Hip-Hop 2002 , Pure Hip-Hip 2003, Urban Kiss 2003 and Urban Kiss 2004. Recently, Swerve has produced two tracks for Lethal Bizzle’s “Go Hard” album, remixed two tracks for funky singer Kyla and is currently working on future productions with other artists.
